I contracted with Jacquie back in January after a couple years of failed efforts to lose my late 40s weight gain and splurged on the max program she offered. Jacquie understood where I had been and the mental fatigue that comes with such trial and errors. She immediately addressed the issue by teaching me about macros and the fact I wasn't "eating enough." She also took the guess work out of my daily meals by providing me selections from which to choose that met my calorie and macro goals. As a 48 yr old, the first 2-3 months were extremely slow but I kept up with the plan she provided. Suddenly, the inflammation went down and the first 10 lbs dropped over a couple months! I've tried everything in the past: Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Whole 30, you name it, I've tried it. It wasn't until working closely with Jacquie that I was able to find a progeam that worked! Jacquie spent time perfecting a schedule based on age/weight/actvity, timing and job limitations, and my other goals. WIth guidance and proper nutrition and exercise accountability, I was able to stick to the plan and achieve goals of not just losing weight, but learning how to fuel my body.

I have always been a skeptic of meal planning programs... I have tried many that promised individual help, but then I never felt like I had a lifeline when I had questions, and it was easy for me to fall off track and have no way to be held accountable. But The Fueled Method was a different experience... Jacquie was readily available whenever I had questions. When I had injuries come up, she helped me adjust my eating for my energy output...it felt very personalized to work with her. I lost the weight in a sustainable way and changed mindset from the crash dieting I had tried for years before.
